Dr. Schulz provides psychotherapy to teenagers and adults, treating a range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and trauma.
Dr. Schulz also works with clients to address everyday life stressors like career decision-making, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and family conflict. Dr. Schulz practices from a Christian worldview and draws primarily from existential, cognitive behavioural therapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy treatment interventions.

Dr. Schulz has over fifteen years of clinical experience that includes work with the Ministry for Children and Family Development, Child and Youth Mental Health program; and Fraser Health Authority, Short Term Assessment Response Treatment (START) crisis program.

Vedio Session: We accept payment via E-transfer to benjaminschulzcounselling@gmail.com for virtual sessions, or you can choose to pay through the Square invoice online.

EXTENDED HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS: MSP does not cover our counselling services, but some individuals may have extended health benefit plans that do. It is important to check with your insurance provider as to which counselling services they do cover, which specific clinician and degree, and to what yearly limit.
